Shipping

Thank you for shopping at DIIMA Apparel.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Continental U.S.:

1. Economy (5-8 business days): $4.90 for orders under $50

2. Standard (3-4 business days): $5.99 for orders under $50

3. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Alaska & Hawaii:

Rates and delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Orders

We’re excited to offer shipping to a variety of international destinations.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.

Returns

We hope you love your DIIMA Apparel purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return is initiated, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Continental U.S. customers:

We offer free return shipping on your first order. 

For all future orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all orders.

Once a return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. Please email us at diima.apparel@gmail.com to initiate the process. 

You may return the original item, and once it's accepted and refunded, you can place a new order for the item you’d like. 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. 

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
